I wish I could help you with removing your dental fillings.
People seem to love my post about "At-Home Dental Filling Removal." I even received a random hostile comment about it, and I don't get very many comments, so a random hostile comment is a big event. I described how I used a drill bit which I held in my hand as I tried to remove the plastic fillings from my two filled cavities - and how it barely made a scratch. It's one of my most popular posts, along with my comment about Yulia Tymoshenko's hair braid, which looks fake. Everyone else wants to know the same thing - is it fake? We may never know.

At-Home Dental Filling Removal Takes A Long, Long Time
Today I worked on the canine tooth filling for the first time. I bought the drill bits months and months ago, but haven't used them yet. I am holding the drill bit in my hand and just scraping it against the dental filling instead of using an electric drill.
Why?
In 2008 I went to the dentist to get him to take out my silver-mercury amalgam filling in the molar, and replace it with a plastic one. He did that, and he also filled a second cavity in my canine tooth. I wish I hadn't done the canine tooth - I didn't even know I had a cavity there, and now that I know what I know, I am confident enough to leave cavities alone and heal them by changing my diet.
I am testing this, and I notice that some of my teeth on the left side are painful when I'm eating a bad diet, and the pain goes away when I'm eating healthy foods. After a week of eating healthier foods, I already notice that I can eat sweets with the painful teeth on the left side, and the pain is gone. I've had those slightly painful teeth there for a long time, but the dentist didn't see any cavities there. Teeth don't completely heal themselves, but they do absorb minerals from the saliva (according to Weston Price). The dentist himself told me that teeth try to remineralize, but he acted like this was insignificant and like it could not possibly heal a cavity.
Teeth can absorb minerals into demineralized areas. They can also close off the pulp chamber, the inner part of the tooth, by forming new secondary dentin between the pulp and the outside, if the tooth is worn down or decayed close to the root. But it can only do this if you are eating a healthy diet. Cavities will stop decaying and stop hurting, but they will not fully grow back the part of the tooth that has been destroyed.
Back when I got those two plastic fillings, I didn't know for sure that self-healing cavities were real. I had read about it but wasn't sure I believed it. However, I've experienced changes in my tooth pain, as I said above. After studying and reading about this, I believe it now. But I had the canine cavity filled because back then, I wasn't sure whether it really could fix itself.
So anyway, after I got those fillings, I had terrible headaches for a couple days, and then extreme mood swings, as though I had really, really bad PMS. I was crying and irritable and angry, arguing with my co-workers. They probably didn't notice, because I didn't actually cry at work, but I noticed it myself. Then I started having terrible breast pain. I had breast pain like that when I was a teenager and I had a plastic retainer in my mouth after my braces were taken off. When I was done with the retainer, the breast pain went away and never came back... until I got the new plastic fillings. Now I have it all the time, a little bit, and it gets worse if I have any St. John's Wort. St. John's Wort never gave me breast pain before, but now every time I am exposed to SJW at all I get the pain for a day or two.
Not only that, but the right side of my face is always a little bit swollen now. Often, the right sinus is closed, but the left sinus is still open and I can breathe through it. Something at McDonald's triggered my face to get swollen really badly one night - although I saw some other guy with a similar swollen eye, so it might have been a contagious virus - and the next day my right eye was all swollen shut. The swelling seems to happen whenever I handle lots and lots of french fries. It happened after a night of working at College Avenue where all I did was french fries for the entire night. You have to touch a lot of french fry grease and salt, and it goes through your skin. The salt contains iodine, so it could be excessive iodine causing the problem, or the salt itself, or some other additive in the salt, or the grease - I can't tell which thing causes the problem. Every time I handle lots of french fries, my face is swollen the next morning, but it's worst on the right side where the fillings are.
(Salt additives are horrible. I'm used to eating sea salt because it doesn't have additives. But at Peter's house one night, I tasted a pinch of his regular table salt, and it was all bitter and disgusting because of the anticaking agents. I researched them and found out that in the USA, we're lucky: our salt contains sodium aluminosilicate. That's bad, but not as bad as European table salt. European table salt contains sodium ferrocyanide. When sodium ferrocyanide reacts with acid, such as the hydrochloric acid in your stomach, it releases cyanide gas. Normal people might tolerate this, but a chemical sensitive person would have a hard time with it. Iodine is another additive that can be a problem. It's supposed to help people prevent cretinism in areas where the soil contains very little iodine, but you can also get too much iodine, especially when you have large amounts of iodized salt from all different sources in your food. You have to be allowed to choose whether or not you want salt that contains iodine. So I choose sea salt.)
I also have to mention that I have had more problems with erectile tissue dysfunction. This would be more noticeable in men than in women. If you get new plastic dental fillings and suddenly have erectile dysfunction, the fillings are what caused it. Peter temporarily had a plastic catheter inserted into his chest for dialysis, and during that time period, he had erectile dysfunction very badly and it got much better after the catheter was taken out. ED is very common and people need to know what's causing it instead of just taking another pill for it. It's caused by drugs and plastic and other things. Supposedly it can also be caused by high blood pressure, but I would want to know what caused the high blood pressure in the first place. So I noticed this symptom happening a lot more after getting those dental fillings.
I won't know for sure until they are completely removed from my mouth and all traces of the plastic taken out of the tooth. It will be difficult to get every last bit of plastic out. I will have to scrape the edges of the cavity holes even if it slightly wears down my real tooth dentin.
I want to remove the fillings completely before having children. Bisphenol-A is said to cause deformities in babies, such as genital abnormalities. I don't want to know what else it might do. I just want to get rid of the fillings. I will sacrifice my own two teeth for the babies. There are only two filled cavities in my mouth - I am very lucky. I would not want to be someone who has cavities filled in every tooth and then decides that bisphenol-A is giving them a bad reaction and they want all their fillings taken out.
When I feel any hesitation about this, I think about being pregnant, and how badly the fillings affect my own body - so what would they do to a developing embryo? BPA might permanently change the baby's entire body in ways that could never be undone. I can sacrifice two teeth to prevent that.
So I am using this diamond burr drill bit which was meant for arts and crafts use. It's small enough to fit. It's part of a set of differently shaped bits. I bought them on the internet.
This is only experimental, and I'm learning. I spent about an hour gently scraping at the canine tooth filling. I am using a lighted dental mirror. It has this weird purple glow. It's not very bright. It's hard to see the difference between the tooth-colored filling and the tooth itself, but I can see it if I look from the right angle. So far, all I've done is made the dental filling's outer surface a little bit rougher, so that I can feel the roughness with my tongue.
I am trying not to spread the pulverized dental filling around in my mouth. I've been trying to dab the tooth with a bit of sugarfree chewing gum, hoping to stick the particles of the filling to the gum. But the gum is not very sticky. I was dismayed when I went shopping for gum and I read on the front of one of the packages that it was specifically designed NOT to stick to your dental fillings! I have spread a little bit of pulverized material in my mouth - I felt a sharp tiny splinter on my tongue, and I feel a strange stinging sensation on that side of my mouth.
I kept hitting the full-length mirror with the handle of the dental mirror - they bumped into each other, and the full-length mirror kept swinging back and forth because of the way I have it hung up. It's only hung up on a string hooked over a hook on the door, so it won't stay still. So I was trying to watch what I was doing, on the back of my tooth, in this eerie purple light, while the mirror kept getting bumped and swinging back and forth. And everything is backwards in the mirror. So when I moved the drill bit, it did the opposite of what I thought I was doing. It was hardest for me to figure out forwards and backwards, towards and away from me. I have to put it at the proper angle and then gently scrape, while also paying attention to the noise of the scraping so that I know I'm scraping filling instead of real tooth enamel.
A couple times, I looked at the drill bit and saw some white stuff on it that had been scraped off. But I am doing it very slowly and carefully, so there was hardly anything at all.
I asked the dentist if he would remove my fillings and leave nothing, just empty unfilled cavities. He told me he couldn't do that because that would be unethical. I didn't say this out loud, but I thought: So it's unethical to remove a poisonous substance from someone's mouth, but it's ethical to put poisonous substances in there in the first place? He doesn't have faith in teeth's ability to heal themselves, because he hasn't been taught about proper nutrition. Dentists believe that toothbrushing is the only way to prevent cavities. In primitive societies where they don't have sugar and flour, they also don't brush their teeth at all, and they have zero cavities. I haven't been brushing my teeth at all, as an experiment, and there is one thing that does happen: I am noticing some swollen gums that bleed easily, so it seems to be true that plaque causes gingivitis. But plaque does not cause cavities. And I haven't switched to a completely healthy diet. I am only eating a 'slightly better diet' compared to the way I had been eating. So hopefully the swollen gums will go away if I keep improving my diet.
I am going to try dyeing the tooth filling with red food coloring to see if it will be visible in contrast to the tooth enamel. Old fillings from years ago were able to get stained by certain foods, but the newer fillings are designed to not stain easily. So I expect that this won't work. But I will try.
Anyway, no real progress, just practice, and a slightly roughened outer surface of the filling. That's all.

The Order
Wearing a cloak, pretending to be an elf, doing experiments with hair and grooming, and planning (or postponing) a family - this is all part of my religion. Postponing the family - because I will not allow children and loved ones to enter a house that is contaminated with a transdermal poison.
I could get pregnant right now, or try to, but I want to remove the poisons that will harm my children - that includes the dental fillings. I don't want my children to be affected by bisphenol-A in the resin fillings. I am still getting the breast pain that only began when I got the new plastic fillings. When everything is ready, I will remove the fillings myself, by hand, and I will allow the teeth to be weakened and eventually cracked and broken, because they will have big holes in them that shouldn't be there, from being drilled. The cavities should have just been left alone, and not drilled into.
The bisphenol-A would affect the embryos as they developed, and I don't know what it would do to them, but if I myself can feel its effects, then my babies certainly will.
(This is all the self-preservation instinct - once again, they've tried to portray me as a sx/so, and things like that, which is probably wrong, because it's what they WANT me to be, because that's exciting and glamorous, and because I'm willing to do unconventional things with my hair. They want me to be some kind of big, charismatic, popular entertainer, able to start a social movement, and that's probably not who I am. My response to them is, if you want to do that, why don't you just do it yourself? I probably really am the quiet, non-charismatic sp/sx, unless I'm on drugs, and the drugs make me controllable, and I do whatever they force me to do, and say what they force me to say, and I become a false persona. So no wonder they think I'm something I'm not.)
This 'religion' thing started after Judith Swack's therapy. I rejected it because of a couple of things. First, she started telling me that I had to go to a psychiatrist and try some kind of drugs - even though her therapy advertises itself as a drug-free method. I no longer believed her after that, especially when she didn't say a single word of warning about psychiatric drugs, about murder-suicides, about the life-ruining side effects and withdrawal effects, or any of that. After I went to the psychiatrist, got Prozac, experienced all the life-ruining side effects, quit using it after only about a week and a half, and then, experienced the life-ruining WITHDRAWAL effects (after only brief use at a low dose, since I was breaking the pills in half and taking only a small portion) - I no longer took seriously a person who recommended that it was time for me to go to a psychiatrist and get some drugs, after advertising her methods as something that worked without drugs.
And THEN I started having the 'Bullshit God' experiences. I'd be lying in bed, and I would be meditating, and I'd have this 'God Feeling.' There would be this sensation of 'Powerful Light' and some other person being there, and it had a fake, cheesy, artificial feeling. Like some low-budget sci-fi movie with people dressed up as God. It was very badly done. The 'Bullshit God' experiences were supposed to be part of Judith Swack's therapy. I was supposed to believe that they were actually real and life-changing, and I was supposed to obey the low-budget actors dressed up as God, and then I was supposed to go give testimonials about how great Judith Swack's therapy was and how it had changed my life. (I received a couple of newsletters from her where other clients were doing those testimonials.)
I can't believe that there really are fools out there who fall for the Bullshit God experiences, and actually think that this really is God talking to them. However, I didn't know about electronic mind control being real, until the hackers started putting links to news articles on my pages, about radio frequency weapons. I started reading about it, and that stopped me from believing anything mystical about those experiences.
How did I find Judith Swack to begin with? It was a series of connections.
My brother John found Objectivism when he was in high school. He saw an ad for an essay contest about Individualism, and he already called himself a nonconformist interested in being himself, and individualism. So he read The Fountainhead and then shared it with other people, including me. He went through a judgmental phase where he kept telling me that I was irrational, but later on, he mellowed out and stopped doing that. I read her other books, including Atlas Shrugged, and then Nathaniel Branden's self-esteem books. (That's making a long story short.)
So, Objectivism was the official belief system, the background for everything else. Anybody associated with objectivism was 'approved of.'
Nathaniel Branden recommended a couple of other people, on his web page. He recommended Roger Callahan's Thought Field Therapy. I bought several of those videos. Later on, I found out that somebody had re-published the stuff for free and called it Emotional Freedom Techniques or Emotional Freedom Therapy (I forget which), EFT. I tried those things and found out that they are helpful, as long as you have realistic expectations about what they can and cannot do. If you are affected by drugs and poisons, they can't make you feel better. They can temporarily soothe you. But if you are relatively 'clean' or 'pure,' or if you are lucky enough to have the kind of metabolism that's able to process large amounts of drugs and poisons quickly and easily, then it will work well for you. I would say that anything similar, such as acupressure, will probably work too.
So after I tried Thought Field Therapy, I also read Judith Swack's web page, and was planning to someday try her therapy, but I didn't do it right away. I began having experiences of looking in the mirror and feeling like I was talking to Nathaniel Branden, asking myself questions and working on my problems. I also did telephone therapy with his wife, Devers Branden, very briefly, but it wasn't that helpful for me: my problems were mainly physical, chronic pain and fatigue, not psychological problems. I found later that metal dental fillings and food sensitivities were my biggest problems. Anyway, some of the talking-to-voices experiences began back then, but I had already had some experiences before that, too. That was in the early 2000s, actually maybe even 1998 or 1999.
I remember when I first moved to State College. I stayed at the townhouse at Cherry Lane, on Atherton Street, next to Blockbuster video. I was at John's apartment, but he was leaving. I think that might be when he moved to Boston - he's lived so many places, I can't remember where he was moving to. I used to play his video games. He had Twisted Metal 2. I never was able to beat Sweet Tooth. I played games addictively - once, I had a session lasting for at least thirteen hours straight, while I failed to beat Sweet Tooth, over and over. (I think I must have been playing other levels, though, during those thirteen hours, because I can't imagine doing just that one small area for that long. I don't remember enough about the game to explain it.)
Anyway, I discovered, after moving into his apartment, that 'all of a sudden' I was able to sit in a chair and meditate peacefully for a long time. I hadn't really understood that this was a problem, until then. I remembered being at my parents' house, in West Virginia, and Dad was hard of hearing, so he always had the television on and the volume was really, really loud all the time. I wanted to be in a quiet place where I could meditate. I thought that was the reason why I couldn't sit quietly and meditate. I remember how I liked the silence at John's apartment.
So that suggests that maybe I was already being attacked back then. Maybe it wasn't the loud television, but instead, the zapping, that made me unable to meditate.
The silence was temporary. I had a dream, which I wrote down, during that phase of my life when I was writing down the dreams I had at night. This was 1997, I think, the first year I came to State College. In the dream, a voice said, 'Socrates left us!' They were sad because my brother John, 'Socrates,' was moving away. He liked getting into philosophical arguments. I used to do that, too - I sometimes argued with people against the existence of God.
Well. That was supposed to be about how I found Judith Swack through the objectivist connection. I was still trying to do drug-free therapies. Back then, I was avoiding caffeine and chocolate, too. I didn't drink soda or coffee. I observed my own symptoms and wrote them down.
(My stomach is growling and my internet session will end soon.)
When I started getting harassed constantly by the computer hackers, as I went from job to job, during the phase when I was working for the temp agency, working in offices, doing data entry and typing on computers all day long, while the hackers did things to get my attention, not just on the computers, but also, telephone calls, prank calls, and turning the lights on and off, and cutting off our internet connection so that we could not send and receive email - during that time, I decided that I was going to change my name, get rid of my social security number, and leave the country, to get away from the hackers. I was researching how to do this. I was finding out the details, finding out that it would be difficult to do. I wanted to work at a job where there would be no way for them to find me. Nobody would have my social security number connecting me to the places where the hackers were watching. I wouldn't have telephone or electrical utilities with my name and numbers on them. I was going to live off the grid.
After the Judith Swack therapy, things got much worse and I learned that it wasn't just computer hackers, it was brain hackers, and that I had been a puppet all that time, being forced to say things, forced to do things, and that most of what I had written to the hackers was coming from somebody putting things into my mind. I was on drugs - I was experimenting with herbal medicine and had started using St. John's Wort, and I was also drinking lots of coffee and Coke while working. Everything I wrote to the hackers was entertaining enough that it encouraged them to keep doing what they were doing. I hated them and I wanted them to kill themselves, but I was also being forced to see them as my friends, the only people who understood me. There were years and years where I didn't know that I was a mind control puppet. Everything changed when I learned about that.
I have agreed that many of my beliefs are a personal religion and that this religion is valuable and it ought to be written down and given to others so that it will continue. Opposing mind control, protecting the true self and the soul against being changed, distorted, and controlled, made into something fake - that being who I am, my true self, is more important than anything I could 'gain' by allowing myself to be controlled - those are all part of the order, those are its purpose. (I don't have enough time now to write it all.)
We will tell our children that electronic mind control is real. We will build shields to protect ourselves against it. We will track down the sources of the attacks to understand who is doing it and how they are doing it. This is what I myself will do, with my own children.
It is an anti-apocalyptic belief system. We DO NOT believe there will be some kind of apocalypse, the end of the world, and we are planning instead for how we will live for thousands more years. That is why it must be an official religion, with the rules written down, so that many people can follow it for a long time into the future.
Unfortunately, I've got to disconnect now...
I could get pregnant right now, or try to, but I want to remove the poisons that will harm my children - that includes the dental fillings. I don't want my children to be affected by bisphenol-A in the resin fillings. I am still getting the breast pain that only began when I got the new plastic fillings.
