I've been told that indeed, my co-worker has NOT received the emails that I have sent to him! It's nice to have this piece of information for sure now.
At least I vaguely know where to begin, with my attempts to communicate. It's called 'Square One,' or 'Assume that all this time, he's been just as clueless as I am about this whole disaster.'
