I read this little excerpt on my yahoo mail page this morning. I do not need to read the rest of the article to figure out how the health care safety net is going to work. It's very simple.

Step 1: Plug in printing press.
Step 2: Turn on printing press.
Step 3: Operate printing press.
Step 4: Distribute money.

Other than that, there's not much to it.
