I feel sick. I'm trying not to drink any more coffee. I had some this morning. I want to sleep tonight. But I am in the mood to walk through town. Time is passing slowly. I am thinking of nathaniel Branden talking about happiness. What's good in my life, and what needs to be done? Asking those questions.
