burning rhododendron from the controlled burn of gamelands: rhododendron causes heart attacks. i think it causes LOW blood pressure.

secondhand drug withdrawal: from being with peter earlier today; his blood pressure drugs which i might have 'shared' by mouth; now in withdrawal from them

ephedra, which dennis got all over the computer area, because he doesn't know the anti-contamination rules for this house, and he set a couple objects on the floor when he put my zip drive in for me, and something over here has been hitting me with ephedra every time

there was also stevia rebaudiana, which lowers blood pressure

an interaction between my secondhand drug withdrawal, plus the herbal contamination

my pressure was slightly elevated, but not badly

had severe pains in my left arm, over and over and over again; i'm not really feeling well. the severe pains in left arm happened several times repeatedly. i thought i was being attacked, and i thought it was some police officer trying to get my attention because i was late with paying my taxes. that's the kind of thing they do.

it's a boy who cried wolf problem, like aussietargeted mentioned. i don't know what she was referring to, but she said, it's like the boy who called wolf. whenever you're a targeted individual, you have so many bizarre and unexplained symptoms, that when REAL problems occur, you might ignore them because you are so accustomed to getting 'false positives' all the time, from being zapped, having somebody force you to get acid reflux, etc. they used to attack me, make me spontaneously dizzy, and almost vomit, and they would force the stomach acid to suddenly rise up my throat, all of a sudden, out of nowhere. during that time period, when i learned that it was all from the attacks, i had to give up on observing medical symptoms and understanding cause and effect. when meaningless symptoms hit you out of nowhere, you can't recognize REAL symptoms anymore. the symptoms have no 'cause' because they are caused by a criminal sitting outside somewhere shooting a weapon at you, so you can't understand the medical reason for them.

i'm somewhat dizzy, and that often happens from the mold.

it's hard to tell whether some of the symptoms are from being attacked, or whether they are from the other things. i have had strange heart phenomena occur after being with peter, and going into withdrawal from sharing small amounts of his heart drugs by mouth.
