Don't let it happen again

They think that this guy who made me laugh ("don't let it happen again") is an EII. I am trying to distinguish him from an ESI. Now that this idea is in my head, it looks like he has a Fox Mulder facial expression when I look at him, but I wouldn't have thought that on my own. So I see what I expect to see. But I am curious now because I would observe my relationship with him and also observe him with LSE's.
