I know what I'm looking for now. I'm looking for "The RDL of directed energy weapons and human rights," the oasis of truth in a desert of misinformation. (The original RDL of socionics, travel, writing, and hiking is busy in his own world where they don't know about these things. So I have to find someone who knows about the weapons, who also thinks, acts, and writes like RDL. RDL is innocent - let him stay that way.)
