I had a bunch of different things to say, but I will put them into two separate posts. This is about Guantanamo and electronic harassment. I had a notepad file with a list of topics at the top, and I just excerpted this from that file and I'll make a separate blog for the rest of what I was going to say.
****
I'll mention the Al Qaeda cell in Guantanamo first. There was an interview between Bill O'Reilly and some guy whose name I will have to look up to remember it. (It's Michael Bumgarner.) He was the head of security or something at Guantanamo. I can't recall his name. He was being investigated for the possible murder of three captives who had been interpreted as having committed suicide, when someone else argued that they had been bound and gagged and had done things not possible, and not necessary, for them to do by themselves while committing suicide.
This guy, during the interview, said that there is an Al Qaeda terror cell *IN* Guantanamo. Bill O'Reilly made an effort to get this out of him and make it clear - he repeated the statement.
I would want to read the unabridged transcript, but I was reading an abridged version, and I never like to read the abridged versions given to you by the media (neither does RDL - he said someplace that he had read the writings of some people like the Unabomber, which I looked at also, and I also always tried to go find transcripts of Bin Laden's speeches and things like that).
It's the part where Bill O'Reilly says, 'That's fascinating... But what about those poor bakers and barbers...' etc. I'm seeing a couple of things going on there at that moment in the interview. There is a big meaning attached to the word 'cell.'
The guy was saying that these men have a 'social structure' in which each person plays a role, except that he calls this a 'cell,' a cooperating group of 'terrorists' (people who are scary, any people (*and I would add, people who are puppets*)). I think that that is actually true. But they are using the word 'cell' to describe a cooperative social structure in which each person plays a role, a division and specialization of labor and social roles. They view this 'cell' as receiving commands and strategy from a larger group outside the prison.
Actually, based on my own experience, the captives could very well be electronic puppets who are forced to say particular words to the guards, who would then react with an intense paranoid reaction of 'You just said X!' They don't understand that people are puppets being electronically controlled by someone outside themselves. Instead, they believe that this person has ACTUALLY BEEN IN CONTACT with someone outside the prison, as though someone has entered the prison and spoken to them, or something of that sort. They would then start looking at their comrades and wondering, 'Which one of the guards let them in? Who can I trust?' They don't know how to explain how this captive would know this piece of secret information that nobody else could know.
I can give an imaginary example: One of the captives suddenly gets the impulse to say to a guard, 'I know what you and your wife were doing this morning.' In a fit of rage (or fear, or pain, or torture, or whatever), the prisoner invents an imaginary story about some kind of sexual activity going on with the guard and his wife this morning, as a way to express his hatred to the guard (which is what happens when you are either sick or on drugs or being tortured). Meanwhile, someone has actually used an electronic device to tell him a piece of information that he could not possibly have known, something specific. He might know exactly what the wife was wearing this morning, or something, and he might mention that to the guard.
Neither the captive nor the guard know about the existence of electronic weapons or electronic harassment. Neither are aware of the puppet phenomenon, of people being remotely controlled and forced to say things that could be specific information which the puppet could not have known.
The guard reacts by assuming that someone told this secret information to the prisoner. (or 'captive' or whichever word is best - I agree that the words chosen are important.) He starts imagining that some guard is cooperating to let them in, that nobody anywhere can be trusted - I know all about this! I have read the writings of other electronic harassment victims and people who interpret all puppets as 'gang stalkers' instead of puppets! It's true, there can be and sometimes are groups of people cooperating, but the *particular* interpretations given by many of the victims are wrong. But the guards are going to say things like 'Not a single one of those mother f-----s can be trusted,' which is what this guy said. He is experiencing something. He is seeing something. Some kind of phenomenon is happening. But his interpretation of it is wrong.
The general idea of 'a group of people' might still be true, but the victims usually think that, for instance, someone who jumps ahead of them in line at the grocery store is a gang stalker who got paid to go to the line at that particular moment and be rude to them. They don't know or don't interpret it as puppet behavior, for instance, or ordinary rudeness. (By the way, if you say the phrase 'ordinary rudeness,' that will make a lot of the victims angry, because they are trying to explain to people that, after they were targeted, things started happening which go far beyond 'ordinary rudeness,' which happen so frequently every day that it's more than anything ordinary.)
I don't know why they don't interpret it as puppet behavior, but I myself assume, almost always, that if somebody does something weird or says something that 'triggers' me, they were probably a puppet, and not a 'perp' or 'perpetrator' or 'participant.' Or 'terrorist,' or whatever. Some of these people seem to assume that everyone who does something to them is a voluntarily cooperating member of a gang.
The guards in Guantanamo, and anybody else in the government who is in the field of 'terrorism,' is probably seeing this kind of thing all the time. They are all being manipulated by the puppet phenomenon and instead of assuming that people are electronically controlled puppets, they assume they are all perpetrators.
In order to understand this, they need to get past the belief that you need an implanted device in order to be able to control somebody. You don't need any implants, you only need particular radio frequencies aimed at them from a distance, and I don't know the details of this but that is all you need.
The idea is too scary to imagine. It's unthinkable. It means that every person, everywhere, all of the time, is potentially controllable and vulnerable to attack, no matter who they are, every ordinary person around you, every 'important' person, every high-ranking member of the government, every celebrity in the media, every neighbor and every family member, even your dogs and cats, and the animals outside your house - everyone, unless they are walking around inside a shielded box at all times. Everyone who's standing there wearing ordinary clothing (instead of a shield around their whole body) is vulnerable to being a puppet. NO IMPLANTS ARE NEEDED. Get past the idea of implanted devices. Implants exist, and they had their purposes and were able to do particular things to people, but they are not needed for controlling people and forcing them to say things or feel things or believe things.
So during that interview the guard expressed a belief that there was some kind of 'cell' or system (after Bill O'Reilly used the word 'cell,' the guy agreed with the use of the word 'cell' and said yes to that, but he might have just been saying yes to a general idea and the word 'cell' might have different meanings to different people, so he was saying 'There is a *something* in the prison. Something is happening.' But he doesn't have the words or concepts to explain what it is.).
He has this sort of supernatural terror of them, and that is why they call them terrorists - they inspire a feeling of supernatural terror. But it is not all invented out of nothing. Many of these people are seeing patterns which are caused by the puppet phenomenon, electronic harassment, and computer harassment, but they don't know those things exist, and so they believe that everybody everywhere is conspiring against them, and they have this supernatural awe of the all-seeing, all-knowing powers controlling the world.
