Asymmetrical relation

I think asymmetric relations can go both ways no matter which one they are. I was Peter's helper and he was an Eagle Scout. I took requests, drove him around in the car, and in a lot of ways, gave more than I received. I should've been the one receiving help according to the "request transmitter" relation but he couldn't help though he wanted to - too sick, no car, no job. He still believed in his duty of working and being a provider. He hated not being able to help me in return. But it was a help-based relationship going both ways, not just one way. Some guy, I forget who, once answered a question I had about asymmetrical relations.
